New Brunswick Project
The NB study looks at how people experience living beside a proposed mining project in Central New Brunswick, during the pre-operational and speculative phase of resource development.
The region of Central New Brunswick was chosen as this case study site because it has a deep history and experience of resource development, and because it is the site of a proposed molybdenum and tungsten mine.
This study is led by Dr. Daniel Tubb at the University of New Brunswick with funding provided by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC). Daniel Tubb was on parental leave in 2019 and 2020.
